I made a mistake when ordering, how do I change it?

Contact us using the form on our website within 15 minutes of completing your purchase. We will cancel your order so you will be able to create a new one with the correct details. Please note this is ONLY possible if you notify us within the first 15 minutes.


When will my order arrive?

We aim to get all orders packaged and dispatched within 48 hours. For standard order, shipment usually takes 3-5 working days. For first class orders, the timeframe is usually 1-2 days if you make an order before 12pm.


What if my item goes missing during shipping?

Firstly we apologise this has happened. We know it is not ideal for your item to go missing during shipment. 

Please contact us here to let us know what has happened. Please include your name and order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible. 


Is my jewellery waterproof and will it turn green over time?

No. We pride ourselves in bringing you quality jewellery that does not tarnish. Our jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver plated with 18k gold/ rose gold so it will not turn green over time. Our jewellery is waterproof but we highly recommend you remove jewellery before showeing or swimming to prevent damage to the plating.


There is a fault with my item, how do I get an exchange/refund?

Firstly, we apologies for this. We know it is not ideal to receive a faulty item. If you would like to return the item and get an exchange/refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and include your order number. We will aim to get back to you within 24 hours with the steps to proceed.


What is the warranty on my item? 

All our items come with 1 year warranty from the date of purchase giving you peace of mind should you encounter any faults with your item.

If your items have a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible and we will happily assist you. 

Please note, the warranty does not cover for lost or stolen items, cleaning or accidental damage/breakage. Please get in touch with us here and include your order number. We will then assess whether the item is exchangeable for a small fee.
